hi, it's me again, the team leader

now i am going to do my reflection=D

1. Going to Cambodia, and on a personal level, what do you hope to achieve? (Give at least three different objectives)

First objective would be giving happiness to the cambodia kids. i would use up all my energy to entertain them. No matter how tired i am, i would still smile and joke with them. TO LET THEM FEEL MY LOVE. AND I ALSO PROMISE TIFF, I WOULD COOK THE MOST DELICIOUS NASI LEMAK RICE TO THEM. haha although i m a cook chef's son, but honestly speaking i didnt have a chance to cook rice by myself.

THUS, my second objective is to learn cooking in cambodia. The cooking experience will make me feel more like chef's son. HAHA and i need to cook the most delicious nasi rice! i promise. LEARNING NEW THINGS is part of life=D yeah

LAST but not least, i would want to know more about their culture so that i can understand the kids more and easier for me to communicate with them. i hope this would benefits me in my future. SO that next time if i ever going to cambodia again to do CIP, i would do it better and more experience!

On my own, have I made a concerted effort to find out more about Cambodia? Its geography, history, culture, politics, economy? What can I do about it?

On my personally level, it really bad to say that, but i didnt really research on their history or culture. but i did heard my stories about cambodia( maybe next time i can share with everyone=D) Basically, it is about their history, safety and living conditions. i hope this information can help me in adopting the new environment and be more prepared. what i know is that they spend on US dollars, and yeah this is my first time spending US DOLLARS and is NOT IN US, HAHA. i hope through this trip i can learn more about their everything.

What are your fears going on this trip? Elaborate

I personally feel no fear but i do worry about sam and JL, cause i scare they cannot adopt the food there and as their friend i need to take good care of them. I hope they would take good care of themselves before taking care of the kids( HAHA JOKING). And i hope this would be a memorable trip for us and get us more bonded. NO CONFLICTS and NO FIGHTING! I do fear about the weather because according to sam, its hotter than singapore and i m those who really like to sweat, so now i introduce a brand called TEMPO, a brand of tissue paper, good quality and it would really help me in overcoming the heat. haha other than that, i dont think i have any more fears.

eh no suggestions for the trip yet. anyway. BON VOYAGE EVERYONE
